To check feather and blade balance, place an arrow on the arrow checker and slowly rotate to keep the arrow in one position. If the arrow rotates, check that the downward-looking blade or feather rotates to any position on the arrow checker, the well-balanced arrow will remain stationary

2. Arrow check Rotate the arrow (the field points in the arrow) and check the straightness
3. Arrow balance check Rotate the arrow if you see a swing, in most cases, it is likely that the shaft is not straight, or the insert is curved
